Good to know

The little details.

How do I choose my size?

Check the garment measurements on each product page and compare them with a favorite tee. Fit depends on the selected garment.

When will my order arrive?

Every tee is printed just for you, which takes 2–5 business days. After that, US delivery usually takes 3–8 business days, and international orders take about 2–4 weeks. You'll see the exact estimate at checkout.

Where do you ship?

Almost everywhere! We ship to the US and most countries worldwide. The UK and EU aren't available yet, but they're coming soon. International orders may have customs or import taxes, which are paid by the buyer on delivery. Can't find your country at checkout? Send Jimmy a message.

How do I care for my printed tee?

Follow the garment care label. Wash inside out with similar colors and avoid ironing directly over the artwork.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, within the terms of our refund policy. Every piece is printed for you, so please check the size guide before ordering. The full policy is linked in the footer.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, if tracking is available for your delivery method.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Message Jimmy as soon as possible. Orders go into production quickly, so changes are only possible before printing begins.

Can I get a custom video from Jimmy?

Yes! Tell us your occasion and idea in the custom video request form. We reply with the scope, date and price before anything is confirmed. Sending the form does not charge you.

What kind of videos can Jimmy make?

Birthday shout-outs, congratulations, custom dances, greetings for a friend or your team, or your own fun idea. Tell us who it is for, the occasion and any name or message to include. If a request is something we cannot do, we let you know before anything is agreed, and the delivery date is set together with you.

Will the colors match the photos exactly?

We aim to keep colors close to the product photos, but screens differ and printed colors can vary slightly from what you see.
